Dhana has been advising on a broad range of transactional issues in the
communications sector for more than 15 years. She has a particular focus
on commercial and regulatory matters, and has advised market players around
the world. Her clients have included governments, regulators, operators,
service providers, equipment manufacturers, content providers, investors,
and financial institutions in the UK/EU, Middle East, Africa, the Americas
and Asia. |
Dhana's expertise includes advising on international licence bids/auctions, outsourcing
and sector specific commercial contracts, cross-border M&A, dispute resolution
and financings. Most recently, she headed the communications practice at a leading
international law firm, working on a range of high profile mandates requiring
cutting edge solutions and acting as a trusted adviser to a range of major UK
and international operators. Prior to that, Dhana led the international telecoms
projects practice at a Magic Circle firm, where her practice also extended to
convergent IT and media matters. Her long-standing expertise means that she is
ideally placed to advise on strategic challenges and commercial decision-making
facing organisations in the communications sector.
Dhana also has extensive experience in engaging with senior management, company boards and other client stakeholders in delivering transformational change or other strategic projects.
